8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Onsolar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
• Energy production estimates are approximations and not guarantees
• Actual savings may vary based on usage, weather, and utility rates

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Customer Cancellation

• Cancellations before materials are ordered: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• Cancellations after materials are ordered: Refund minus costs incurred (materials, permits, labor)
• Cancellations after installation begins: No refund, payment for work completed is required

Company Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if the customer violates these Terms, provides false information, or if site conditions make installation unsafe or impractical. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Onsolar and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or extract source code from our website
